Hello,

My name is Christan.

And ever since I was 3 years old, I have had a love and passion for art and design. I was obsessed with it as a little girl and every year I made my parents buy me the deluxe Limited Edition Crayola Crayons set and dream about becoming an artist. I idolized my elementary art teacher. I idolized her again when she became my art teacher in high school.

My love of art and design led me to Boston University where I studied advertising and graphic design. Then, after 5 years of working as a graphic designer and art director, my love of art led me back to school, where I received my master's in Art and Design Education at Pratt Institute. 

Now I consider myself the jack of all trades. Here, you will find everything from design projects to examples of art lessons. Whatever your reason for stopping by my site, I hope you enjoy what you see.
